The jobs Donna runs
Each of these is a real function Donna performs, and each has a page where it becomes concrete.- Holding the plan. Donna keeps track of what you are trying to land and where each thing stands. You never build or groom a plan yourself. See Outcomes.
- Prioritizing. It weighs your Outcomes, your calendar, and the day you are having, then picks what deserves attention now.
- Tracking time. It reads your calendar and sizes work to the window before your next commitment, so you do not have to estimate.
- Deciding what comes next. It builds one next step at a time, an Action, rather than showing you a list.
- Reframing stalled work. When something is not moving, Donna changes the angle or the size instead of repeating the same task back to you. See Adaptation.
Donna proposes, you decide
Donna offers the next move and a reason for it. You take it, change it, shrink it, or skip it. It waits for your go before acting, and when you skip, Donna builds a different step instead of handing you the same one again.Donna does not explain its own methodology mid-conversation or narrate what it is doing. It shows you the next step and the reason for it, and keeps the rest of its reasoning out of the way.
