In the browser
The full app runs at meetdonna.xyz. Sign in and the window holds the canvas, the command bar, the work view, your Outcomes, and settings.
By voice
Wherever you are in the app, you can dictate instead of typing: hold the mic, say it, and it lands as text you can edit before sending.
On a phone
In a phone browser, the same window adapts to the smaller screen: a bottom bar to talk or type, quick capture for thoughts on the go, and a focus timer you can chat against.
On the go
There is no phone app to install yet: on the go you use the phone browser, covered above, where you can dictate as well as type. On Android, the phone browser is the way in. A native iOS build that wraps the same app is in early progress. In the iOS build, taps answer with a short vibration: opening the menu, sending a message, committing to an Action, and finishing one each feel slightly different. A haptics switch in settings, on by default, turns them all off.Still being built
A Mac desktop app that opens the same window outside a browser tab is being built. There is nothing to download today, and nothing in these docs depends on it: the browser at meetdonna.xyz is the full app.Settings live in the app
Open settings from the sliders menu in the bottom-left of the app (on a phone, the menu glyph in the bottom bar, then Settings). There you can:- Voice. Choose the register Donna writes in, from sharp and dry to calmer and slower. It changes the wording, not a sound: Donna replies in text.
- Actions per day. Set how many Actions feel right in a day, from 1 to 10.
- Connections. Link your calendar and the tools you already work in.
- Areas. Rename, recolor, or merge the Areas your Outcomes live in.
