Each question below gets a short answer and a link to the page that covers it in full. Plan and billing questions are at the bottom.
No. Donna holds the work and shows you one next step at a time, built fresh for the current moment. You do not build or groom a backlog. See What Donna does.
No. Donna is built around ADHD but works for anyone who struggles to start. It does not ask for a diagnosis and is not a medical product. See Is this for me?.
No. Donna is an executive function partner for getting things done. It is not treatment. On a day when you need more than that, Donna says so plainly.
Nothing. If you stop for a day or a month, Donna starts from the current day when you return. There is no summary of the gap, no backlog of missed items, and nothing marked late. See Adaptation.
No. Donna infers the shape of your day from what you choose to share, like a view of your calendar. It does not watch your screen, log your keystrokes, or monitor you between conversations. See Your data and privacy.
Skipping does not delete anything or affect any Outcome, and Donna keeps no count of skipped items. “Nothing today” is a valid answer: Donna offers a different angle or a smaller step. See Bad days.
Yes. In settings you can pick a voice preset, from sharp and dry to a calmer, slower register, and change it anytime. A separate setting in the same place controls workload: how many Actions Donna asks of you in a day.
Donna works alongside you on the task. When an Action is text-shaped (a sentence, a list, a cold email), you write it inside Donna’s work view, and when you stall Donna reminds you why you are writing it, from the goal and details you already gave it. If the text needs to be sent, Donna can offer to send it through a tool you have connected, but only after you review and confirm the exact recipient and text. Nothing sends on its own.
Yes. Drop, paste, or pick a plain-text, Markdown, or HTML file into the chat. Donna reads it, files the loose pieces into Capture so nothing is lost, and offers once to shape the bigger thread into an Outcome with you. Word and PDF files are not read yet. The file itself is never stored: Donna keeps only the text it pulled out.
In a phone browser: Donna runs in the browser on any platform, and the same window adapts to a phone screen (see Where to use Donna). Same account, same memory. If typing on a phone is the hard part, dictate instead: hold the mic in the bottom bar, say it, and it lands as text you can fix before sending. Donna replies in text, so there is no call to join and nothing to listen to.
Yes. Check-ins follow quiet hours in your timezone, at least two hours between any two of them, and a backoff when you are low or already have one unanswered. It never mentions how long it has been. What you control sits in settings under personalization, “reaching out”: whether Donna reaches out at all, your active hours, and a per-device push toggle. The two-hour gap and the daily cap are fixed and cannot be changed.
You do. Delete your account anytime from settings and everything Donna learned about you goes with it. See Your data and privacy.

Your plan and billing

Donna’s trial runs 14 days. A card is collected up front, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Leave any time before then and you are not charged. Current prices live on the pricing page.
The subscription starts on the card you added. If it lapses, or if you cancel before then, the app sends you to the pricing page to subscribe before you can continue. Your account and your work stay exactly as they are, nothing is deleted by a lapsed plan.
Open settings and find billing. It shows your plan and its status, one of “renews ”, “free trial · days left, first charge ”, “canceled · active until ”, or “payment issue · update your card”. A “manage billing” button opens your subscription details: invoices, payment method, and cancel. “See plans” (or “change plan,” once you are subscribed) is there if you want to switch. Canceling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
